I worked in California for many years in banking (loan officer, internal auditor) and in finance in general (mortgage broker, etc). In the past years I decided to change course and had taught Math and other subject matters in Israeli high school as well as tutoring privately here in the states. I enjoy teaching and I get satisfaction when my student are improving, it's more rewarding than the financial compensation. I found out that with care and attention, in addition to positive feedback to students you get them motivated and it pays off academically.
